Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License is a special license that allows you to use Office client applications with service or other non-user accounts when executing automated processes. These processes are automatically initiated without user intervention, also known as Unattended Robotic Process Automation.

It's important to note that a Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License does not modify the behavior or functionality of the Office client applications themselves. These applications are primarily designed for use by end users and therefore have limitations when it comes to performing "unattended" automated processes. For more information on these limitations, please refer to the 'Considerations for unattended automation of Office' documentation in the Microsoft 365 for unattended RPA environment.

We recommend utilizing APIs such as Microsoft Graph to automate processes whenever possible. This allows you to achieve the desired functionality without being restricted by the limitations of the Office client applications.

The Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License includes all the services available in Microsoft 365 E3. This enables you to benefit from advanced security features, comprehensive Office applications, and various management capabilities to efficiently handle your automated processes.

Please note that the subscription for the Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License is per bot. This provides flexible licensing and allows you to adjust the number of licenses according to your specific needs.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime
