PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Microsoft Azure DevOps Server 2022 offers comprehensive collaboration tools for developers, similar to Azure DevOps Services, but specifically designed for on-premises environments where you have control over updates. It includes Azure Boards for work management, Azure Repos for code management, Azure Pipelines for building and deploying, Azure Test Plans for testing, and Azure Artifacts for package management. It supports all popular programming languages and platforms, including macOS, Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premises environments.

Using Azure DevOps Server 2022 requires a server license for each physical or virtual server, excluding the included Azure DevOps Server Build Services. Additionally, Azure DevOps Server CALs (Client Access Licenses) are usually required for both internal and external users or devices, except for administration and creating/reading/modifying work items, which do not require CALs.

To use the Azure Test Plans features, an additional Visual Studio Test Professional Subscription, Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription, MSDN Platforms subscription, or a paid Azure Test Plans subscription is required. For using Azure Artifacts features, a Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription or a paid Azure Artifacts subscription is required.

The Azure DevOps Server 2022 server license includes one self-hosted pipeline for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Each Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription or paid pipeline adds one additional pipeline to this.

If you have at least one Visual Studio Professional Subscription or Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription, Visual Studio may also be installed and used for Azure DevOps Server Build Services.

The license includes SQL Server Standard for use as a backend database for Azure DevOps Server.

For the underlying operating system, a full Windows Server server license and Windows Server CALs are required and these cannot be MSDN licenses.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime
