With Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 Enterprise CAL's, you gain additional rights to use advanced functionalities, allowing you to unleash the full potential of Exchange Server 2019. These functionalities include In-Place Archive, Multi-mailbox search, In-Place Holds, and Information Protection and Control (IPC).

Similar to Standard CALs, Enterprise CAL's are available in two variants: per user (User) or per device (Device). You can choose the license that best suits your user or device structure.

When you purchase Enterprise CAL's through Open Value certain services are included such as Exchange Online Protection and cloud DLP (Data Loss Prevention). However, when purchasing Enterprise CALs through CSP without Software Assurance these services are not included.

For external users who want to make use of the full functionality of Exchange Server 2019, both Standard CAL and Enterprise CAL are required.

Another advantage of Enterprise CAL's is their compatibility with any previous version of Exchange Server. This allows you to use these CAL's in conjunction with older versions of Exchange Server.

It is also important to note that the Exchange Server 2019 Enterprise CAL (including the Standard CAL) is included in the Enterprise CAL Suite. This not only grants you access to Exchange Server 2019 but also to additional products and features included in the suite.

If you already have an active Exchange Online Plan 2 subscription or a higher-level subscription, you will have similar rights and functionalities for Exchange Server 2019 as with the Enterprise CAL.

When it comes to cost-saving and convenience, User CAL's are ideal when your employees work with multiple devices, such as a PC, laptop, tablet, and phone.

On the other hand, Device CALs are more cost-effective and convenient when multiple employees (e.g., part-time employees) work from the same device.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. As long as we activate the same subscriptions and quantities in our Marketplace on the day before your agreement expires, the transition will be smooth and without any interruptions. NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft. Additionally, there are still "old" Legacy subscriptions in circulation, which can be identified by the absence of the (NCE) abbreviation in the product. With these old Legacy subscriptions, you can switch at any time, unless otherwise agreed with your current provider.
