PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Skype for Business Server 2019 is the latest license of this communication software. With this version, you gain access to features that help you communicate and collaborate more efficiently with others.

One of the features is Cloud Voicemail support, allowing you to store your voicemails in the cloud and access and manage them through your Skype for Business client. Additionally, the software also provides Cloud Call Data Connector, enabling you to integrate Skype for Business call data with other cloud services for better analysis and reporting.

Another significant improvement is the Streamlined Teams Migration feature. This allows you to seamlessly transition from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams, so you can take advantage of Teams' advanced collaboration capabilities while still having access to your existing communication history and contacts.

Skype for Business Server 2019 also offers TLS 1.2 support, enhancing the security of your communication by using the latest encryption protocols. Furthermore, this version provides full support for Windows Server 2019, allowing you to leverage the latest capabilities and security updates of the operating system.

Using Skype for Business Server 2019 requires a server license for each physical or virtual server with the front-end server role. No separate server license is required for servers with other roles.

To utilize the basic functionality, you need Skype for Business Server 2019 Standard CALs for each client. If you also want to use audio/video/web conferencing, you will require Skype for Business Server 2019 Enterprise CALs in addition to the Standard CALs. For telephony and call management features, you need Skype for Business Server 2019 Plus CALs alongside the Standard CALs.

If you still want to use a previous version, such as Skype for Business Server 2015, with Skype for Business Server 2019 licenses, you are allowed to use previous versions instead of the latest version.

Please note that Skype for Business Server 2019 requires Windows Server 2016 or 2019, Standard or Datacenter edition. If you want to utilize more advanced functionality, you need SQL Server 2016 or 2019 (64-bit) Standard or Enterprise with the latest updates.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime.
