Universal Print is the modern, cloud-based printing solution. If you are an organization using Microsoft 365, then this is the ideal solution for your printing needs.

One of the smart features of Universal Print is the ability to find the nearest printer based on your location using (GPS). This makes it easier and faster to get your prints wherever you are. It's a convenient feature for users who are frequently on the go and still need to print documents quickly.

Another advantage of Universal Print is that you don't need local infrastructure. You don't have to worry about traditional local print servers, active directory, or printer drivers. With Universal Print, you just need to connect to Microsoft 365 and you can start printing right away.

Even if you have non-compatible printers, you can still use them with the help of the Universal Print connector. This software is installed locally and allows you to make non-compatible printers available in the Universal Print system. It offers flexibility and compatibility for different printer models.

Universal Print is included by default with certain Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 subscriptions, such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3, E5, and F3, and Windows 10/11 Enterprise E3 and E5.

With each subscription, you get 5 print jobs per month. These print jobs are pooled at the tenant level, which means you can share them with other users in the same tenant. If you need more print jobs, you can add extra print jobs in batches of 500 to the pool.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft.
