Additionally, you can seamlessly integrate with Compliance recording and third-party Contact Center solutions, creating a smooth experience for you and your participants.

Moreover, Advanced Communications will soon expand the capabilities of Teams meetings. You will be able to host interactive meetings with up to 1,000 participants, and have the option to add an additional 20,000 view-only participants. Furthermore, a custom branded meeting lobby will be added later this year, allowing you to create a personalized look and feel.

Best of all, you can add Microsoft Advanced Communications to any paid Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription that already includes Teams. The subscription is per user, so you only pay for what you need. Please note that the Advanced Communications add-on is only necessary for the organizers of the meetings, not for the participants themselves. SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime.
