It is designed for enterprise customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland who want to use Microsoft Teams as a standalone product or as an add-on to their existing Microsoft 365 or Office 365 suites.

With Microsoft Teams EEA, you can:

  • Chat with your team members and external contacts in individual or group conversations. You can use rich formatting, emojis, stickers, GIFs, and polls to express yourself and get feedback.
  • Meet with up to 10,000 participants in online meetings and webinars. You can use video, audio, screen sharing, whiteboard, live captions, and live events to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Call anyone from anywhere with voice over IP (VoIP) or phone system capabilities. You can use direct routing, calling plans, or operator connect to connect your existing phone lines to Microsoft Teams. Please note that to use calling features additional subscriptions may be required.
  • Collaborate on files and projects with integrated apps and services. You can use SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and more to create and edit documents, manage tasks, analyze data, and build apps within Microsoft Teams. SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft.
